CREATING YOUR ACCOUNT
Simply email us on sales@invue.co.uk, or call us on +44 20 8840 3005, and we will be able to set up your account. You will then receive an email with your login name and password and a text message with instruction to download inVue on your phone.
You can now access inVue account from your computer using the password we sent to you.
First make sure you have internet access - you can check this easily by opening, say, www.bbc.co.ok in your browser. Next, find out whether you have a 'Symbian' or a 'Windows' phone as the installation will be slightly different for each. 'Symbian' phones are made by Nokia, SonyEricsson, Motorola, Samsung, etc) - 'Windows' phones generally have the little Windows logo:
If you have a Symbian phone: Type the link you received with the text message into your web browser on your phone and inVue will start downloading automatically - some mobile phones even allow you to simply click the link inside the text. When it is installed, log in using the login name and password you received in the email.
If you have a Windows phone: Install ActiveSync (the program is provided with all Windows mobiles on the installation CD - you can find the instructions on how to install it in your phone manual). Then connect your phone to your PC using the cable which came with it. Now, on your PC, go to http://register.invue.co.uk/downloads/inHandMidlet/inhand4WM5.exe, and click 'Run'. As the phone is connected to your PC, the Midlet Manager will be installed automatically from your computer. Now type the link you have received with the text message into your web browser on your phone and inVue will start downloading automatically. When it is finished, you can log in using the login name and password you received in the email.
If you encounter any problems at all, call or email Support - our details are in the Contact Us section.
When you sign up for inVue you should receive a text message with a web link that you need to copy and paste into your phone to start downloading the application. If you have not received the message please use the following link http://register.invue.co.uk/mobile/otau/ - you need to type this link into your web browser on the phone.
